I have submitted an online enquiry form, what happens next?

Once you have carefully completed and submitted your online availability check form you will receive an acknowledgement email outlining the details you have submitted. Shortly afterwards you will receive a specifically tailored quote by email.

I submitted an online enquiry form but I haven't received my quote.

If more than 12 hours have passed since submitting your online enquiry form then please contact us by telephone on 01691 649044. Once we know it hasn't been received we can work out the reason why and ensure you do receive your quote.

Is it possible to speak with or meet my allocated DJ before I make my booking?

We do not usually engage in meetings before booking as this can be very difficult to arrange and would most certainly add substantial costs. However all our DJs are reviewed regularly, and we try our best to specifically match your requirements to our DJs where possible. We can certainly show you the types of reviews they are getting. Once you have made your booking you are put you in touch with your chosen DJ in order to discuss any of your requirements.

I am happy with my quote and I want to proceed to make a booking

You may pay your booking fee online via paypal with your credit or debit card. Simply click to pay your booking fee from the link on your quote. You will then be taken through the payment process. You will receive a receipt when your payment has gone through.


I don't have a Paypal account. Can I pay by cheque?

Corporate bodies and larger institutions often prefer to pay by cheque or in one cheque only for the total amount. This is also possible. If you email us we can give you payment instructions.

When do I pay the outstanding payment?

The outstanding payment is to be paid directly to your dj at your event.

What happens after I have paid my booking fee?

We will then process your booking. We will send you a confirmation slip asking you to confirm that all your details are correct. We then set about selecting your DJ and drawing up your contracts. Once this is complete, usually within approximately 1 week you will be sent your contract by email.


What do I do with my contract?

Once you have received your contract by email you must print it off, sign it and then send it to your allocated dj. (The contract will contain all your dj's contact information) Your dj will in return, send you his signed copy. An exchange of contracts has then taken place.

When do I choose my playlist?

Our DJs offer a playlist service where we give you the opportunity to list favourite tracks or styles you would like included in the playlist for the evening. These tracks are then taken into account when planning your party, as well as specific dislikes. Try to provide your DJ with a list of your favourite tracks and styles a couple of weeks prior to your event so that s/he has the best opportunity to locate them. Where a more unusual track is elusive, the DJ may ask the customer to provide him/her with a copy.

Do I have to choose a playlist?

No. Should you not wish to provide a playlist, our DJs keep a huge selection of all types of music and will specifically cater for the audience with the type of music they wish to hear, taking account of both young and old. It is helpful however for the DJ to have a lists of styles, genres or eras you would like to have covered or wish to be specifically avoided.

I want to change the times of my event, can I do this?

A standard event goes out at a set price for up to 5 hours of disco/karaoke performance. If you simply wish to alter the times slightly for example you have booked 7pm - 12midnight but need to change the times to 8pm - 1am then that is fine, simply let your allocated DJ know. If you wish to add extra time this will have to be negotiated through either us if you have not yet exchanged contracts and with your dj if you have. Additional hours will usually incur a charge of £25 per extra hour.
