Most of the items we mail out are vouchers. Sometimes we also have to mail out CDs, proofs, contracts and so forth. The delivery types we use are as follows - click on each one for details:

Voucher returns and voucher use
Ordinary Deliveries
We aim to post out recording vouchers the day after ordering by Royal Mail First Class Post. (Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase). Next Day Delivery costs an additional £10. For next day delivery don't forget to select this from the list below and add it to your bill. Email Delivery may be selected on purchase, and is free.
If you forget to ask for Next Day Service you can add this on retrospectively here, but please call to prompt us.
Next Day Delivery Service
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service* costs £10 (click for description) You can add this as a separate item to your shopping cart at the paypoint. This should be ordered before 2PM, and you should call to make sure it is available. If in doubt, an email service is available free of charge.
Email Delivery Service
You can choose this free option when you buy. The voucher will be sent out to your email address with the accompanying letter and terms and conditions, so you may forward or print as you wish. We can also add a special message.

Use of Your Voucher
Vouchers may be used for any studio services up to the value of purchase. This includes recording of any types of music with any musical configuration which can be brought to the studio. If you wish to transfer your voucher to another name, please contact the studio to arrange this.
Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused voucher to us with the receipt within 7 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your statutory rights. Vouchers should be returned to us at The Beehouse, Y Dolydd (Llanfyllin Workhouse), Llanfyllin, Powys, SY22 5LD by secure post.
Outdated Vouchers
Vouchers should be redeemed within one year of purchase. If this is not possible, they may sometimes be extended a few weeks by agreement with the studio. Return to voucher page
